Protecting your personal data matters to us. We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (in particular the GDPR) and this privacy policy. Using this website is generally possible without providing personal data. Personal data is only processed where you provide it voluntarily (e.g. via the campaign form, the booking tool or the chat) or where permitted by law.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external service provider (Lovable Cloud, operated by Lovable Labs Inc.; infrastructure: Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit the website, information is automatically collected in server log files, which your browser transmits to the server:
- browser type and version - operating system used - referrer URL (previously visited page) - hostname of the accessing computer - IP address - time of the server request
This data cannot be assigned to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website). The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose they were collected for.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption (TLS 1.3). This means that data you transmit to us (e.g. form entries or chat messages) cannot be read by third parties. You can recognise the encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar and the lock icon.
5. Contact and campaign form
When you send us an enquiry via the campaign form, we process the data you provide: name, phone number, your message and the attachment you upload. We use this data exclusively to handle your enquiry, prepare your offer and communicate with you.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing for the performance of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries). We only pass your data on to the manufacturer you have chosen where this is necessary to prepare your offer. Data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations exist. Data is only transmitted where this is necessary to fulfil the contract.
6. Appointment booking via Calendly
To schedule calls, we embed the booking platform Calendly (Calendly, Inc., 1150 Peachtree St NE, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30309, USA). When you book an appointment via Calendly, the data you enter there (e.g. name, email address, preferred time) is transmitted to Calendly and stored there for appointment management.

7. Chat bot
This website offers an automated chat bot that answers questions about our offer. The messages you enter in the chat are transmitted to an AI service provider (Lovable AI Gateway) to generate a response. The conversation history is not stored permanently on our side and is not merged with other data.
Please do not enter particularly sensitive data in the chat (e.g. health data or ID data) — the chat is intended for general questions about our offer. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly, automated handling of enquiries).

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right to:
